Vacuum and flux brazing

Brazing technology joins the main body & the lid, and the body & the fitting. This process is well-known for its high reliability.
When conducting flux brazing under a vacuum condition, the gas release can cause problems. For customers who do not want gas in their chamber, we can implement vacuum brazing instead of flux brazing.

Aluminum Brazing Technology

To braze the base material without melting it, we use an alloy that has a lower melting point than the base material to be brazed.
Though the melting point of aluminum (A1050) is about 650 °C, the brazing filler metal is also based on aluminum, so there is almost no difference.
Therefore, it is crucial to control the temperature inside the furnace delicately.
