Universal Liquid Cold Plate

Any shape of the device can be freely mounted on Universal Liquid Cold Plate.

Universal Liquid Cold Plate series allows you to decide the position of the mounting holes on its surface freely, to match the specific connection points of the devices being cooled, such as IGBT, MOSFET, and UV-LED.
It is possible to make mounting holes at any point with a depth up to 5mm, and through holes in a specific area.
